We are committed to providing high-quality travel essentials — including eye masks, earplugs, and travel pillows — designed to make your journeys more comfortable. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and our policies are designed to make this process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or altered are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Since we operate Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once approved, refunds can be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet, based on mutual agreement.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our policy requirements, a partial refund may be issued.
